Job summary

Department of Children and Families seeks Contract Manager Specialists to oversee Community-Based-Care Lead Agency contracts and social services agreements. This role ensures administrative, fiscal, and programmatic compliance, reviews invoices, and supports procurement, negotiation, and closeout activities while working in-office in Tallahassee.

You will collaborate with state partners and apply statutes and policies to contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of professional experience in related fields.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods; basic management principles.
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS Word; experience with Office 365, Teams, and state databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interpret statutes, rules, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to evaluate data, develop recommendations, solve problems, and build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and use independent judgment to resolve issues.
