Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years warehousing experience.
• 7+ years leadership with 3PL preferred.
• 2+ years Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Experience advancing DEI programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations ensuring efficient site performance.
• Plan staffing, workload balance, budgeting, and P&Ls.
• Track metrics and analyze data to optimize operations.
• Maintain strong customer relations and OSHA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S in the workplace.
• Collaborate with HR on staff development and policy compliance.
