Job summary

HORIBA Irvine is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage contract workflows and administer the CLM system across the organization. The role focuses on reviewing agreements, maintaining templates, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will work with procurement, sales, and operations to support efficient contracting and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in contract administration, excellent communication, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in contract administration or contract management
• Experience with CLM systems, workflow, templates or reporting
• Familiarity with commercial contract terms and risk assessment
• Strong analytical, organizational and document management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Review routine commercial agreements against templates and standards
• Identify non-standard terms and raise risks appropriately
• Prepare and coordinate contracts, amendments, renewals, terminations
• Track contract status and support internal approvals
• Assist negotiations of standard terms with customers, vendors, partners
• Administer and maintain the CLM system and workflows
• Monitor obligations, dates, renewals and expirations
• Generate reports and dashboards on contract activity and compliance
• Support electronic signature processes and retention requirements
• Train users and provide status updates to leadership
