Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support the lifecycle of contracts negotiated by Global Sourcing. You will draft, review, and execute contracts, manage approvals, and maintain contract repository and reporting.

You will collaborate with Sourcing Category Managers and internal teams such as legal, compliance, tax, risk, and data privacy to ensure terms align with business objectives and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ relevant experience managing corporate contracts.
• Experience utilizing a CMS tool (Ironclad, Coupa or similar).
• Strong knowledge of legal requirements and standard contractual provisions.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing sections of the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or termination.
• Route contract documents for approval and signature; manage contract repository and reporting.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant terms.
