Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support the contract lifecycle for agreements negotiated by Global Sourcing. The role includes drafting, evaluating, and executing contracts, supporting approvals, and maintaining the contract repository and reporting.

The CMS will work closely with Sourcing Category Managers and stakeholders across legal, compliance, tax, risk, data privacy, and supply chain to ensure terms align with business objectives and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain or related discipline; Associates considered as minimum.
• 5+ years’ experience managing corporate contracts and using a CMS tool.
• Experience with legal requirements and standard contractual provisions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage busy timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sections of the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or termination.
• Route documents for approval and signature using the contract management system.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, tax, risk and data privacy.
• Provide accurate reporting on contract statuses and ad-hoc needs for spend categories.
• Maintain contract records and support continuous process improvements.
