Job summary

Capital Health in Lawrenceville, GA seeks a Contract Management Analyst to support the contract lifecycle, establish workflows and internal controls for physician and enterprise agreements.

You will monitor compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, and business associate agreements, manage the contract pipeline, and collaborate with finance, legal, and supply chain to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3 years of contract management or healthcare compliance experience when paired with a degree.
• Knowledge of Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statutes, HIPAA, and BAA.
• Experience with contract management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support system-wide contract operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage contract pipeline from requisition to digital archiving of physician and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate documentation and routing for physician contracts and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor lifecycles, expirations, and milestones.
• Ensure internal financial controls and audit readiness, contract terms verification.
