Job summary

IGS Energy in Dublin, OH is seeking a Leave Partner (Contractor) to support leave programs for US and Canadian employees. You will administer day-to-day leave cases from request through return to work, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

This contract role covers FMLA, ADA, military and disability leaves, Canadian provincial/federal leaves, and liaison with benefit providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leave administration experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience administering Canadian leaves, including knowledge of provincial leave requirements.
• Experience working with external benefit providers.
• Working knowledge of US leave laws (FMLA, ADA, state leave laws).

Responsibilities

• Administer leave cases including FMLA, ADA, Company Leave, Military, Workers’ Comp, and disability.
• Administer Canadian leaves and coordinate with benefit providers as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager leave inquiries.
• Explain leave and accommodation processes to employees and managers.
• Track leaves and send follow-up communications from request to return to work.
• Communicate with external vendors and carriers on leave status.
• Enter data in the HRIS, complete supplemental documentation, and prepare routine leave reports.
• Suggest process improvements based on case trends.
