Job summary

IGS Energy seeks a Leave Partner (Contractor) to support leave programs for US and Canadian employees in a high-energy environment. You will administer day-to-day leave cases from request through return to work, ensuring accuracy, discretion, and exceptional service.

This contract role requires 3+ years of leave administration experience, including Canadian leaves, and familiarity with FMLA, ADA, and state laws. Collaboration with external benefit providers and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of leave administration in high-volume environments.
• Experience with Canadian leaves and provincial requirements.
• Experience working with external benefit providers.
• Knowledge of US leave laws (FMLA, ADA, state laws).

Responsibilities

• Administer leave cases including FMLA, ADA, Company Leave, Military, Workers' Compensation, and disability.
• Administer Canadian leaves and coordinate with providers.
• Serve as point of contact for leave inquiries; escalate complex cases.
• Explain leave processes to employees and managers.
• Track leaves and communicate from request to return to work.
• Communicate with vendors, brokers, and carriers about leave status.
• Monitor open claims and flag risks.
• Enter data in HRIS and prepare routine leave reports.
• Suggest process improvements based on trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
