Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Head of Contract Management for Hub North America to lead the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliant terms and effective risk allocation across energy, infrastructure, and digital projects. You will guide tendering, negotiation, and project execution, while driving continuous improvement and capability development.

You will collaborate with Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to deliver successful outcomes through

Qualifications

Advanced negotiation and contractual risk management experience.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and strategic advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide contractual leadership across tendering, negotiation, project execution, and closeout.
Support tendering and proposals with contract-compliant and fiscally sound terms.
Manage contract changes, claims, disputes, and risk allocation throughout the lifecycle.
Coach Contract Management professionals and promote standardization and continuous improvement across the Hub.
