Job summary

Included Health is seeking a Workforce Analytics Model Standardization Consultant to modernize Google Sheets models used for workforce planning, FP&A, and Care Operations. You’ll reverse‑engineer undocumented sheets, work in a live monthly cycle, and deliver durable improvements with clear handoff material.

You’ll partner with Workforce Analytics, FP&A, Care Operations, HRIS, and Data Engineering to document sources of truth, standardize workflows, and produce consistent pre‑reads for decision

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or related data field.
• Experience building spreadsheet tools used across teams.
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency.
• Reverse‑engineer undocumented spreadsheets.
• Experience supporting FP&A, workforce planning, or similar recurring planning.
• SQL or equivalent data extraction tool.
• Strong stakeholder discovery skills.
• Experience documenting and handing off work.
• Ability to work in live production cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to perform repetitive operational work.

Responsibilities

• Model Standardization & Cleanup: bring Google Sheets models up to team standards for structure, readability, maintainability, and traceability.
• Documentation & Archiving: reverse‑engineer models and write clear documentation; organize folders and archives.
• Cycle & Workflow Support: assist monthly workforce planning and forecasting; handle data ingestion and quality checks.
• Governance Delivery: create standardized outputs and templates; improve traceability and controls.
• Quality Delivery: maintain proficiency in Sheets and SQL; ensure accuracy and reproducibility.
