Included Health seeks a Workforce Analytics Model Standardization Consultant to modernize Google Sheets models used for workforce planning, forecasting, FP&A, and Care Operations. Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics, workforce planning, FP&A analytics, operations analytics, or related data-focused field with end-to-end project ownership.
• Demonstrated experience building spreadsheet tools that others rely on and maintaining them through live operating cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets with complex formulas, interconnections, data validation, error handling, and cross-file references at scale.
• Direct experience reverse-engineering undocumented or poorly documented spreadsheet models and explaining how they work to others.
• Experience supporting FP&A, workforce planning, demand forecasting, capacity planning, or similar recurring planning processes with traceability and deadline discipline.
• Ability to pull, inspect, and validate data independently using SQL or equivalent querying tools.
• Strong stakeholder-discovery skills to extract requirements from partners not yet articulated clearly.
• Experience documenting and handing off work successfully so teams can continue using the tools after engagement ends.
• Ability to work inside a live production cycle, manage competing deadlines, and escalate risks before impacting monthly deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain model logic and data issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to perform detailed, repetitive, and operational work including file organization, version cleanup, archiving, reconciliation, and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Model Standardization & Cleanup: Bring high-burden Google Sheets models up to team standards for structure, readability, maintainability, and traceability.
• Audit interconnected spreadsheets, identify broken dependencies, clarify inputs/outputs, and reduce complexity without changing forecasting methods.
• Establish consistent conventions for tabs, formulas, input areas, assumptions, checks, file naming, permissions, and handoff materials.
• Review models for data integrity, formula consistency, broken links, stale inputs, and hard-coded values to reduce production risk.
• Preserve business logic while making models understandable and operable by others.
• Documentation & Archiving: Reverse-engineer undocumented models and write clear documentation on how they work.
• Document source data, refresh steps, dependencies, assumptions, business rules, key calculations, outputs, and known limitations.
• Organize Google Drive folders and model inventories; distinguish current, reference, archived, and historical sources.
• Identify and archive stale or redundant versions while preserving critical historical files for auditability.
• Create handoff materials enabling analysis teams to run, troubleshoot, and maintain the work after engagement ends.
• Cycle & Workflow Support: Support recurring workforce planning/forecasting cycle (roughly 20th–10th of each month).
• Handle routine ingestion, file prep, formatting, reconciliation, and quality checks so senior analysts focus on interpretation.
• Work within live production processes, escalate issues early, protect deadlines for FP&A and Operations.
• Help clarify and improve Jira workflow structure supporting analytics intake, tracking, prioritization, review, and delivery.
• Create lightweight checklists and repeatable procedures with clear ownership and escalation paths.
• Governance Delivery: Develop standardized model outputs and templates for FP&A and Operations pre-reads.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand needs beyond initial asks; draft recurring monthly outputs and collect feedback.
• Turn patterns into consistent templates and operating standards; improve traceability from data sources to outputs.
• Apply quality controls, peer-review steps, versioning conventions, and documentation standards for workforce/financial planning.
• Quality Delivery: Maintain hands-on proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL or equivalent data-querying tools, and forecasting workflows.
• Pull and validate source data rather than relying on prepared extracts.
• Produce accurate, reproducible, well-documented outputs usable under deadlines.
• Use Apps Script or light Python to automate where it reduces risk without introducing issues.
• Respect privacy and proper use of workforce data during engagement.
