Responsibilities include managing wedding day execution, client communication, and vendor coordination. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of planning experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. Training is provided, and positions are available for the 2026 season and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to the wedding.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
