Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Extensive transactional practice experience in a law firm or in-house counsel.
• Strong familiarity with standard commercial provisions (liability limitations, indemnification, confidentiality, data protection).
• Ability to synthesize complex legal concepts and provide clear written analyses.
• Good judgment and high accuracy in contract review and interpretation.
• Experience in technology transactions is a plus.

Requirements
