Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an attorney to review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs. The role requires drafting clear explanations for each revision and applying advanced drafting and negotiation skills to technology-related contracts.

Candidates should have a JD from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the U.S., strong experience in transactional work, and familiarity with liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Deep familiarity with commonly negotiated commercial provisions such as limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex legal concepts and deliver clear, actionable written analyses.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and a high level of accuracy in contract review and interpretation.
• Expertise in technology transactions considered a strong plus.
