SRS Distribution Inc. in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Contract Systems & Support Analyst for a 3‑month assignment to drive IT initiatives and support operations.

You will manage site IT equipment, administer Active Directory, support phone systems, email, and Office apps, and ensure SLA delivery and regulatory compliance while collaborating with trainers and business leaders. The role emphasizes hands-on support, documentation, and tier‑1 leadership to improve service quality and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Windows OS.
• 5+ years in a support or helpdesk role.
• Strong networking and technical knowledge for business impact.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all personnel and Site IT equipment and software.
• Provide Phone System Support (Zoom, Teams).
• Perform Troubleshooting (Windows 10/11).
• Remote Site Monitoring (Meraki).
• Support Printers, Copiers, Scanners, Card readers.
• Administer Active Directory users and computers.
• Provide E-Mail Support (Exchange Admin Center).
• Support Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Create Knowledge Base articles and documentation.
• Implement Tier 1 Support/Help Desk best practices.
• Ensure SLAs and monitor IT system performance.
• Compliance with laws and company policies.
• Support company-wide technology training for new hires.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
