Job summary

Network Right is seeking a Contract Recruiter to work directly with our Co-Founders and IT leaders in San Francisco. You will manage end-to-end IT/Tech and G&A recruiting across a fast-moving pipeline, delivering high-quality, timely results with a data-driven approach.

You will leverage Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn and Indeed to build robust pipelines, implement AI outbound strategies, and maintain top candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in MSP, startup or IT/Tech environment.
• Proven experience hiring senior IT and corporate roles with executive leadership.
• Hands-on experience using Ashby and proficiency in Juicebox, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy automated outbound sourcing agents and modern tooling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to shift focus between technical IT roles and diverse corporate roles.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical tracks and G&A roles.
• Executive Partnership: collaborate with Co-Founders and IT leaders to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Advanced Sourcing: build robust passive candidate pipelines using traditional and next-gen platforms like Juicebox.
• AI & Automation: design and execute outbound strategies with AI agents to scale outreach.
• ATS Management: maintain immaculate data integrity in Ashby.
• Candidate Experience: deliver high-touch, professional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
