Network Right is seeking a Contract Recruiter for onsite work in San Francisco, CA. This W2 contract role supports maternity leave and involves end-to-end recruiting for IT/Technical and G&A roles, working with Co-Founders and IT leaders.

You will build passive pipelines, implement outbound strategies, and utilize AI sourcing agents to optimize outreach. Strong communication and data tracking in Ashby are essential.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in MSP, fast-paced startup, or IT/Tech context.
• Experience hiring senior IT and corporate roles with executive collaboration.
• Hands-on with Ashby and proficiency in Juicebox, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Excel.

Network Right is hiring a Contract Recruiter for onsite work in San Francisco. This W2 contract role supports team hiring during maternity leave and lets you work closely with Co-Founders and IT leaders while owning end-to-end recruiting for IT/Technical and G&A roles. You will be part of a team that values a professional, candidate-first experience, with social events plus onsite meals and snacks and a dog-friendly office.

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, with a focus on IT/Technical tracks and G&A functions including Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Collaborate directly with Co-Founders and IT leaders to define role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and share regular pipeline updates.
• Build and sustain strong passive candidate pipelines using both established sourcing channels and next-generation platforms such as Juicebox.
• Design and execute modern outbound strategies, including building and leveraging AI sourcing agents to scale outreach and improve optimization.
• Maintain accurate data integrity and complete candidate tracking within Ashby.
• Deliver a high-touch, empathetic recruiting process from first contact through offer.

What you bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an MSP, fast-paced startup environment, or dedicated IT/Tech recruiting context.
• Experience hiring senior IT and corporate roles, with direct collaboration alongside executive leadership, founders, or senior technical leaders.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby, plus proficiency in Juicebox, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to build or deploy automated outbound sourcing agents and modern recruiting tooling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for high-level cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort shifting between highly technical IT roles and a variety of corporate hiring needs.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior recruiting experience within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or Professional Services environment.

Role details

• Contract type: 6-month Fixed Term W2 contract (supporting maternity leave)
• Compensation: $50/hr
• Start: ASAP (early November)
• Location: San Francisco, CA (onsite)
• Onsite schedule: onsite 4 days per week at HQ
