Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Create and manage risk and issue trackers; identify, elevate, and mitigate risks.
• Define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
• Track budget, timeline, and resource allocation against baselines.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and vendor teams.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Manage vendor and contractor deliverables as applicable.
• Document lessons learned and drive PM process improvements.
