Job summary

Corevia Staffing is seeking a contract IT Project Manager in Wilmington, DE (Hybrid 3 days/week) to lead multiple technology projects across enterprise infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity. Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple IT projects in waterfall/structured environments.
• Ability to build and maintain plans, RAID/risk logs, and status artifacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with cross-functional technical teams (infrastructure, security, applications).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple IT projects from initiation through closeout using waterfall and Agile.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Create and manage risk/issue trackers; identify and mitigate risks.
• Define scope, deliverables, milestones, and resources with stakeholders.
• Track budget, timeline, and resource allocation against baselines.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application support, business and vendor teams.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership.
• Manage vendor/contract deliverables as applicable.
• Document lessons learned and promote PM continuous improvement.
