Job summary

Triplenet Technologies in Everett is seeking an IT Business Analyst (contract – 3+ months) to bridge business needs with IT delivery, capture requirements, and support solution delivery for better user experience.

You will gather and prioritize requirements, perform gap analyses, develop acceptance criteria, and assist QA/testing while collaborating across teams.

Hybrid work may be available; office-based with occasional travel between locations, and experience with Agile tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience documenting user stories and epics (Agile).
• Knowledge of gap analysis and acceptance criteria development.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals and product roadmaps into actionable deliverables.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Perform gap analysis between current systems and business needs.
• Develop acceptance criteria and support QA/testing efforts.
• Support technology acquisition processes with security and data considerations.
• Research andRecommend technology solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve business and technical challenges.
