Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Reconciliation Clerk to join our Logistics team on a contract basis. The role supports a critical initiative following the S4 system implementation and involves reviewing, reconciling, and processing invoices.

Ideal candidates are organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Training is provided, and there is potential for contract extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative, billing, invoicing, data entry, customer service, accounting support, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Review and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile invoice information against supporting documentation and system records.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist in reducing invoice backlogs and meeting processing deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders regarding invoice-related questions.
• Process improvement.
