Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking an Investment Operations Senior Specialist on a contract basis to support ongoing business needs. The role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI and requires a strong background in retirement services and financial planning operations.

You will analyze financial plans, monitor cash flows, oversee retirement algorithmic decisions, and prepare trade recommendations for advisor teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7 preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services including brokerage/advisory platforms.
• Proficient in Envestnet and Next360 preferred.
• Deep understanding of retirement service offerings and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retirement plans to ensure retirement workflow fits Retirement Disbursal Services.
• Set up servicing instructions and monitor daily cash changes with advisor teams.
• Oversee retirement algorithmic decisions for client withdrawals.
• Prepare and present proposed trades to field advisor teams.
• Assist teams with retirement software questions and communications.
