Genesis10 is seeking a Retirement Services Specialist for a long-term contract in Milwaukee, WI. This onsite role supports a team focused on retirement disbursement services, analyzing plans and preparing trades based on an internal retirement algorithm.

The ideal candidate has a finance degree and 5+ years of financial services experience, including brokerage and advisory platforms, with strong attention to detail and the ability to improve operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of financial services experience including brokerage and advisory platforms, products, and services.
• Deep understanding of retirement service offerings and operational processes within the financial industry.
• Experience with retirement planning, personal finance, tax preparation and financial operations.
• Experience consulting to sophisticated advisors with the ability to assess and understand how services and solutions may increase efficiencies.
• Demonstrates impeccable accuracy, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
• Experience with investment operations.
• Ability to establish and manage repeatable operational processes as well as an ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• High degree of self-motivation with leadership and initiative in sharing information and contributing towards group goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist team in executing retirement disbursal solutions for sophisticated practices and firms.
• Analyze financial plans created by advisor teams to review retirement strategy within workflow.
• Set up servicing instructions and monitor daily cash changes with advisor teams.
• Oversee retirement algorithmic decisions using complex software.
• Analyze and prepare proposed investment trades for field advisor teams.
• Work with advisor team members to answer questions and research retirement software questions.
• Partner with internal teams to execute processes and procedures.
• Input and track retirement plan data and communicate findings to leadership.
• Produce quality reporting outputs with complex integrated analysis.
• Participate in onboarding new advisor practices and build relationships.
• Contribute input to create efficiency, scalability, and higher level of service.
