Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Operations, Wealth Management Operations, Brokerage Operations, or Advisory Support.
• Strong understanding of retirement accounts, distributions, and investment operations.
• Experience reviewing financial data and supporting trade preparation activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retirement plans, cash flow needs, and distribution strategies
• Review retirement account activity and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or required actions
• Monitor daily cash activity and support retirement distribution processes
• Prepare and coordinate investment trade recommendations
• Support advisor-facing teams by researching requests and providing operational guidance
• Maintain and track client and retirement plan data with a high degree of accuracy
• Generate reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, efficiency, and scalability
• Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices
