Vitu is seeking a Contract Implementation Specialist II for a remote role in the United States. You will review and manage customer contracts with Vitu and/or DMVs, applying regulations and policies to guide decisions across teams.

Responsibilities include managing contract business rules, auditing processes, updating databases, maintaining DMV relationships, and supporting audits and product rollouts with the testing team.

Contract Implementation Specialist II (Remote)

Job Summary

Our level 2 Contract Implementation specialist will be responsible for reviewing and managing customer contracts with Vitu and/or DMVs. This person will have in-depth knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures and will make decisions based on that knowledge. This role will oversee the contractual process that will affect multiple teams. Other responsibilities as listed below.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with DMV/state agencies to stay up to date with policies.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative capacity.

• Contract administration with audit and review experience.

• Proficient in EVR systems and understanding business rules.

• Strong planning, analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is: $21 - $24/hour

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
