Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers' compensation, benefits, and employment laws at federal/state levels.
• Strong interpersonal, interviewing, counseling, and group presentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership across organizational levels and ability to influence decision-making.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-growth environment and balance demand vs capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR expertise in performance management, employee relations, coaching, and organizational development.
• Partner with mid-level managers to implement HR policies and practices to support growth.
• Collaborate with HR team to promote a culture of excellence and drive top results.
• Develop people strategies and programs for organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Support core HR processes such as performance calibration, compensation cycles, and promotions.
• Analyze employee data to guide decisions and offer proactive solutions to client groups.
• Lead HR initiatives in the Generalist area and improve workplace morale and retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with employment laws and coordinate with Legal as needed.
