Job summary

Qualifications

• HR experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Hands-on Jira experience including workflow mapping, configuration, testing, and QA.
• Hands-on Paycom experience including module implementation, configuration, testing, and QA.
• Strong discretion handling confidential personnel information and candidate data.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full slate of open requisitions, including pipeline management, interview scheduling, and manager communication.
• Keep active searches moving and alert stakeholders of potential delays.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and audit-ready recruitment files.
• Refine recruitment workflows and reporting to keep status current and visible with minimal manual effort.
• Support rollout projects for Jira HR Hub, Paycom LMS, and Safety/IIPP initiatives.
• Route employee relations or compliance-sensitive matters to the Director of HR.
