Job summary

San Francisco Ballet Association's Human Resources team seeks an experienced, project-minded HR professional for a three-month temporary assignment in San Francisco. Primary focus is recruitment, managing an active pipeline of open positions, coordinating interviews, and keeping searches moving with hiring managers.

You will support HR technology and compliance projects, partner with the Director of Human Resources, and ensure processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Jira experience including workflow mapping and QA.
• Experience with Paycom modules and rollout readiness.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and keep stakeholders informed.
• Discretion handling confidential personnel information.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: manage a full slate of open requisitions and keep candidates and managers moving.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and audit-ready files.
• Support HR technology and compliance projects in flight.
• Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources and prioritize work.
