Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager/HR Project Manager - Consultant in Lakewood, CO for a contract role. You will lead HR projects, partner with the business, and oversee HR functions across the customer group.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years as an HR business partner, strong knowledge of Colorado HR law, and proven leadership in change management and organizational development. This is a W2 contract position with day hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as HR business partner for US-based sites, handling employee relations and change management.
• Experience in organizational design/reframing structures and HR projects.
• Knowledge of Colorado HR laws and compliance.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall HR function within the customer group.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives with integration across HR, business, and corp.
• Provide guidance on professional development, succession planning, and coaching.
• Support organizational development and alignment of systems with long-term goals.
