Mith-ih-Kwuh Economic Development Corporation d/b/a Tribal One in Colorado seeks a full-time HR Manager to lead HR strategy, operations, and workforce development across its entities. The successful candidate partners with the CEO and executives to build scalable HR infrastructure in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

We require experience with federal contracting, SBA 8(a) program, and labor laws; the role oversees recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance, including

Qualifications

• Must have four-year degree in HR management or related field and several years in HR leadership.
• Experience supporting federal contractors and understanding 8(a) program requirements preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws across states and compliance with SCA and DBA wage determinations.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement an HR strategy aligned with growth and 8(a) program requirements.
• Advise CEO and board on workforce-related matters and metrics.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.
• Develop compensation structures and manage benefits administration.
• Ensure payroll coordination and HRIS reporting.
• Promote Tribal values and maintain compliance with employment laws.
