The ideal candidate brings deep ADP experience, has led HR process improvements, and can advise on staffing, compliance, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR management, HR operations, or HR consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with ADP systems, including troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Proven experience assessing and improving HR departments.
• Experience with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, terminations, and offboarding.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and labor or union-related matters.
• Experience with organizational assessment, change management, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and advise senior leadership objectively.
