Qualifications

4+ years in semiconductors, electronics and/or optical communications.
Strong sourcing experience for engineers.
Ability to learn and communicate complex technical information.
Experience directly sourcing engineers using LinkedIn (4+ years).

Responsibilities

Identify and proactively source qualified candidates on LinkedIn.
Conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche semiconductor community platforms.
Respond to initial candidate questions, as needed.
Act as a trusted partner with our Talent Acquisition team.
Maintain a strong sense of urgency while preserving quality and judgement.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
