Yoh Staffing is seeking an Engineering Recruiter for an onsite contract role in Santa Clara, CA. You will proactively source candidates, build talent pipelines for hardware roles, and partner with HR to align on hiring priorities.

Responsibilities include driving candidate outreach, conducting initial screens, presenting qualified profiles, and maintaining accurate ATS data. Experience in capital equipment or semiconductor environments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in Talent Acquisition or TA leadership.
• Experience sourcing technical talent in optical, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for priority roles using multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles.
• Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent.
• Conduct outreach and initial phone screens to assess fit and compensation.
• Present qualified profiles and summaries to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain timely, accurate information in ATS/CRM and leverage tools effectively.
