Responsibilities

• Manage customer contracts to ensure 100% fulfillment.
• Review documents, materials, and products while monitoring sales orders for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to assess progress and discuss adjustments.
• Adjust shipment schedules due to changes in priorities, labor or material shortages, or backlogs.
• Coordinate shipping activities with internal personnel, vendors, and customers, addressing complaints and delays.
• Compile and organize information to prepare accurate status reports.
• Verify compliance with payment, shipping, and export policies and procedures.
• Approve sales orders in accordance with applicable trade regulations.
