Job summary

Eastern Air Express is expanding its training division and seeks experienced contract instructors for ground and simulator instruction. The role reports to the Manager of Flight Operations Training and collaborates with the Chief Pilot to ensure pilots are trained and qualified per regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a flight operations environment using large turbojet aircraft
• Experience delivering classroom and simulator training
• Ability to pass background checks and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Adhere to FAA- and company-approved training programmes for lesson delivery
• Deliver training using classroom, aircraft, and simulator resources
• Maintain training records and certifications for each lesson
• Keep pilot qualification records up to date for legal flight assignments
• Provide training records to Crew Records to ensure regulatory compliance
• Operate Part 91 flights to various locations if required
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
