Job summary

Global X is seeking a Flight Operations Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction for pilot Initial Qualification, Recurrent, Captain Upgrade, and Requalification curricula across classrooms and simulators. The role requires collaboration with the training team to develop effective methods and courseware, and it includes travel to other Training Centers as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an airline/aviation instructor and 5+ years as a FAR 121/135 pilot or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Airline/Aviation instructor.
• 5+ years’ experience as FAR 121, 135 pilot or equivalent foreign operation.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction for pilot qualification, recurrent, captain upgrade, and requalification curricula.
• Lead or collaborate on training-related projects or programs.
• Travel to support training events at other Training Centers (up to 30%).
• Ensure adherence to FAA approved training syllabus and use of appropriate training devices.
