Reporting to the Director of Experience Marketing, the Event Specialist is a responsible project coordinator with expertise in logistics, events, marketing, communication, and execution. Bring enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and excellent organizational skills to our dynamic culture. You will be empowered to innovate through collaborative problem-solving and process improvement. Experience in logistics, hospitality, and/or event management is required. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent real-world experience is also required. This role is a key part of the event marketing team, with potential for permanent placement based on performance and organizational needs.

Requirements:

1. Assist Event Managers in coordinating logistics for trade shows and hosted events, including registration, booking booth and meeting spaces, sponsorships, exhibition materials, audiovisual needs, catering, hospitality, hotel accommodations, and travel.
2. Coordinate logistics for third-party trade shows and events, including venue booking, contract negotiation, participant tracking, communication, payments, catering, hospitality, accommodations, and travel.
3. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align event strategies with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
4. Support webinar logistics and execution, ensuring thorough preparation and delivery for successful presentations.
5. Manage event equipment inventory and deployment.
6. Research venues, vendors, and sponsorship opportunities for events.
7. Support management of Enverus’ master event calendar.
8. Work regularly with sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of upcoming events and deliverables.
9. Ensure proper formatting and tracking of post-event lead data, facilitating sales follow-up.
10. Assist with logistics and tasks for the customer advocacy program.
11. Travel requirements are less than 15%.
