  • Performance Analysis and Brand Advocacy:
Monitor social media trends and analytics, generate performance reports, and champion consistent, mission-driven messaging across all digital and event platforms.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop, curate, and schedule social media content (text, images, videos, graphics).

  • Manage daily operations and posting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely updates.

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build strong online relationships.

  • Collaborate on strategy and budget management for paid social media campaigns.

  • Stay ahead of trends and provide monthly/quarterly performance reports.

  • Partner with design and marketing teams to ensure visual and messaging alignment.

  • Promote and support events through digital campaigns and effective event communications.

  • Organize and manage event-related emails (invitations, reminders, follow-ups).

  • Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, podcasts, and conferences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.

  • Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

  • Strong writing, communication, and visual content skills.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

  • Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
