Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/Analyst – Engineering and IT to provide operational, analytical, and logistical support to the engineering recruiting team. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HRBPs, Finance, and Travel/Expense teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and accurate data, while producing dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator/HR Operations/Talent Acquisition support role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations or dashboards for leadership or business audiences.
Proven experience coordinating candidate interviews and managing candidate logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS).
Experience handling expenses, invoices, and/or purchase orders in partnership with Finance or Accounts Payable.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones for Engineering candidates, including panels and virtual interviews.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience.
Manage travel, expenses, invoices, and purchase orders related to recruiting services and vendors.
