Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a specialized contract Real Estate, Facilities, & EHS Recruiter to embed with our recruiting team and scale critical safety and facilities roles across the organization. You will own the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle for EH&S, EPC, and manufacturing safety ensuring high‑quality hires in a fast‑paced environment.

You will engage with operations, safety leadership, and Legal/Business Affairs to define roles, source top talent, and deliver a rigorous candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety roles.
• Experience evaluating safety capabilities (OSHA/EPA) and safety management systems.
• Experience managing relationships with EH&S leaders to calibrate candidate profiles and provide pipeline reporting.
• Ability to advise leadership on market conditions, salary expectations, and hiring timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of EH&S managers, environmental engineers, and site safety staff.
• Engage passive EH&S talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and networks.
• Define technical role requirements with operations and safety leadership; craft compelling value propositions.
• Drive a diverse talent pipeline with exceptional candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Represent Anduril's brand, communicating its value proposition and safety culture to candidates.
