Job summary

The Arc Alliance seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join its Early Intervention Program on a contract basis in Pennsylvania. You will provide direct therapy, coach caregivers, and help families build development progress through activities and routines.

Responsibilities include documenting session notes and billing, attending meetings with staff and counties, ensuring compliance with EI regulations, and maintaining clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience with very young children.
• Must possess a Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
• Current FBI, Criminal History and Child Abuse clearances required.
• Willingness to drive across counties served.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy and coach caregivers in daily living routines.
• Complete and analyze paperwork and billing for EI services.
• Attend meetings and communicate with staff, counties, and families.
• Maintain session notes documenting progress and practices.
• Foster effective relationships with The Arc Alliance and partners.
