Job summary

The Arc of Union County is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and assess program participants using appropriate tools and techniques, and to design goals and treatment plans in line with agency guidelines.

Under the supervision of the Coordinator of Therapy Services, you will prepare initial evaluations and progress reports, implement clinical interventions, and oversee tasks performed by Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure high quality care.

Qualifications

• Must meet all academic, experiential and licensure requirements of the agency and governing agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess program participants using appropriate tools.
• Prepare initial evaluation and progress reports.
• Design and implement goals, treatment plans and clinical interventions.
• Oversee tasks performed by Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
