Job summary

The Arc Alliance is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist (Contract) to coach caregivers of children with disabilities. You will plan development activities, provide direct therapy, and assist with documentation and billing while maintaining family-centered supports.

Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, counties, and families across Montgomery, Berks, and Bucks Counties, and meeting mandatory state trainings and clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early intervention or related field, or 15 credit hours in one area.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Must pass state/federal background checks at hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct a development program to coach caregivers in daily living skills.
• Provide direct therapy, coaching, and participate in documentation and billing.
• Communicate with counties, staff, and families to foster relationships.
• Attend meetings and ensure compliance with EI regulations and trainings.
