Job summary

Platinum Commerce in Beverly Hills seeks an independent Project Manager to run brand programs end-to-end across marketplace and social commerce channels.

You will own delivery calendars, coordinate studio production, manage content pipelines, and provide client-facing reporting on milestones. This contract engagement allows you to invoice against milestones and work with multiple clients, with on-site sessions at our Beverly Hills studios as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing projects or programs with a portfolio of delivered work.
• Direct experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or agency delivery.
• Comfortable running multiple concurrent programs against fixed launch dates.
• Independent business owner with own tooling, insurance, and setup.
• Current business license and W-9 on file before engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery calendar for new account launches across marketplace channels.
• Coordinate live studio production requirements with studio leads and ensure assets meet launch dates.
• Track creative, listing, and content deliverables from brief to publication and resolve blockers.
• Maintain program documentation, timelines, and risk logs for all stakeholders.
• Deliver client-facing status reports on cadence and lead brand check-ins.
• Identify scope changes and risks early with actionable options.
