Platinum Commerce in Beverly Hills, CA is hiring a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and the VP of Live Commerce. You will coordinate a 100+ team of Live Hosts, Content Creators, Project Managers and Studio Supervisors to keep priorities aligned.

You will delegate tasks, schedule Live Hosts to maximize hours, manage hiring and onboarding, run all executive meetings, and reinforce our fast-paced culture. This on-site role offers benefits and top-tier equipment.

Role Description

We are hiring a Chief of Staff, reporting directly to our CEO and the VP of Live Commerce, to help manage the team of 100+ Live Hosts, Content Creators, Project Managers & Studio Supervisors. Your role would include the following:

• Delegating tasks from the CEO to the entire team
• Scheduling Live Hosts to ensure we maximize our Live Hours
• Managing Hiring, Interviews & Onboarding
• Running all executive meetings
• Focuses on driving company-wide alignment and keeping our culture.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift with the business.
• 2+ years in executive assistance, operations or executive support
• Able to work on-site in Beverly Hills.
• Organized
• Skills in AI
• $30-$36 per hour, depending on experience.
