A leading project management firm is seeking a Program Manager / Project Manager with significant experience in retail and E-Commerce. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage functional teams in an Agile environment, coordinate multiple projects, and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers a hybrid working model based in California. Candidates with a background in engineering will find it beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work in Luxury Retail context; experience in retail and Ecommerce mandatory.
• Possess Scrum experience and be able to wear both program manager and scrum master hats.
