VML in the United States is seeking a freelance Program Manager to lead and deliver complex website development projects for the Digital E‑Commerce sector across North America.

You will own roadmaps, manage budgets and resources, ensure timely launches, and coordinate with creative, development, content, SEO, and analytics teams. This role requires 5–9+ years in an advertising agency and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. Immediate start and long-term engagement offered.

Qualifications

• 5-9+ years of experience in project management in an Advertising Agency.
• Ability to start immediately; long term freelance role.
• Proven track record of omni‑channel campaign launches and content initiatives.
• Deep understanding of website development lifecycle, content strategy, and SEO.
• Technical proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, AEM).
• Strong familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and analytics tools.
• Experience with WCAG accessibility standards preferred.

Responsibilities
