Responsibilities

• Review deal jackets for completeness and accuracy.
• Process and post vehicle sales contracts.

• Work with Business Office to resolve missing or incorrect paperwork.
• Post vehicle funding and maintain organized deal files; ensure DMV and lender compliance.
• Assist with month-end deadlines and payroll cutoff processing; maintain accurate records.
