Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree in accounting, business, or finance preferred.
• 0–2 years accounting experience, automotive dealership experience with DMV preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Post daily accounting transactions to the general ledger.
• Reconcile cash, bank, and clearing accounts.
• Process vehicle deal paperwork for accounting accuracy.
• Submit warranty, service contract, and aftermarket remittances.
• Assist with month-end closing and audit requests.
• Support Controller and Accounting Manager with special projects.
