Job summary

Colonial Group seeks an SAP Utilities Customer Service Technical Consultant II to design, develop, and maintain SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions. You will support integrations, workflows, Fiori apps, and client business processes.

The role requires strong ABAP development, experience with SAP CRM integrations, APIs, and middleware, plus collaboration with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of SAP technical consulting experience.
• 6+ years of experience supporting SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Strong ABAP development experience including reports, enhancements, interfaces, and workflows.
• Experience with SAP CRM integrations and customer service business processes.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities and modern SAP architecture.
• Experience supporting testing, deployments, and production environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Preferred: SAP IS-U certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support technical SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Develop and maintain ABAP reports, enhancements, interfaces, and workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, S/4HANA Utilities, and third-party apps.
• Create APIs, web services, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware integrations.
• Support SAP Fiori applications and user experience improvements.
• Assist with requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support data migration and conversion for implementations and transformations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
